Successful Transition and New Line Launch——Comprehensive Training Ensures Operational Safety

Upon the concerted efforts and diligent contributions of all staff at Tianjin Project Division of China Security & Protection Group Co., Ltd. (CSP), we successfully won the bid for the security screening project for the western segment of Tianjin Metro Line 2 in March 2024. As the first batch of security enterprises to undergo a transition for Tianjin Metro, the Rail Transit Security Department of the Group accorded the utmost importance to this project. Under the guidance of esteemed leaders from Shentie Metro Line 2 (Tianjin) Rail Transit Operation Company and the Public Transport Branch of the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, among others, the transition and line launch tasks were successfully completed on May 13, 2024, with regular operations commencing thereafter.
To further solidify and enhance the foundational and operational capabilities of Tianjin Metro's first batch of security screening entities undergoing transition, following the guidance of the leadership of the Public Transport Branch of the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, a comprehensive operational training session was organized at the Bianxing Station on Tianjin Metro Line 2, under the auspices of the Rail Transit Security Department of CSP on May 24th at 9:30 AM. Through this training, the professional proficiency and security screening awareness of security inspectors were elevated, adhering to the rigorous standards of the "three-second" requirement. This transition not only brought about a new look but also enhanced the quality and efficiency of security screening.
On the training day, the political commissar of the Tieying Supervisory Group of the Public Transport Branch, the chief of the Rail Detachment, the deputy directors in charge from various police stations, the director of the Security Inspection Department of Shentie Line 2 (Tianjin) Rail Transit Operation Co., Ltd., and the director of the Security Inspection Department of Tianjin Metro Operation Group Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. Wang Pengfei, head of the CSP Tianjin Project, also took part in the meeting.
During the day, the CSP Tianjin Project Team dispatched a team of six employees to participate in the training courses alongside two other security inspection enterprises. The security inspection team of Metro Line 2 from the CSP Tianjin Project Team fulfilled the expectations, successfully completing the pre-shift meeting, shift turnover, image recognition training for security inspection, daily work flow, and training on the handling of prohibited and restricted items. Their performance has been highly recognized by leaders at all levels.
Following the meeting, the leadership of the Public Transport Branch commented that "the first batch of transition security inspection training on the morning of the 24th successfully concluded at the Bianxing Station of Line 2. The training fully reflected the high regard of various operating entities and the meticulous preparation of security inspection enterprises. The desired outcomes were achieved through this training. We hope that other operating entities can take this as a reference and, for the next round of transition enterprises involved, emulate this training by organizing it with utmost care, deploying it comprehensively, and comprehensively enhancing the quality and efficiency of the city's rail transit security inspections.
