Haikou Project Department of China Security and Protection Group Co., Ltd. (CSP) (hereinafter referred to as “Haikou Project Department”), actively responding to the call of Haikou Meilan International Airport (hereinafter referred to as “Meilan Airport”), organized several drills and training sessions to improve all the staff’s emergency response capabilities and awareness of security services. The Haikou Project Department attached great importance to and cooperated on the work at Meilan Airport, which fully demonstrated the strong sense of responsibility and dedication of its staff.
Good deeds passing on love
The staff treated passengers as their family members, kept providing friendly services at all times, actively communicated with passengers who had questions or needs, and assisted passengers in going through all check-in procedures.
After learning about a passenger with limited mobility, members of the explosion protection team immediately helped the passenger rest, and took the initiative to borrow a wheelchair to send the passenger to the special service counter for special services, which reflects the love and care of the staff.

To express their appreciation for the contribution made by the Haikou Project Department to Meilan Airport during the Spring Festival security period, the security checkpoint of the airport sent a letter of appreciation, which describes in detail the recognition of Meilan Airport for the full cooperation of the department during the Spring Festival security period, and expresses their respect and gratitude.
At the ceremony of the World’s Best Airports of 2024 held by SKYTRAX in Frankfurt, Germany on April 17, Meilan Airport was awarded three highest global prizes for its excellent passenger service quality and staff performance from SKYTRAX, including the “Global 5-Star Airport Terminal Rating”, “Best Regional Airport Award in China” and “Best Airport Staff in China”. Meilan Airport sent a letter of appreciation to express their sincerest gratitude for the contribution made by the Haikou Project Department to their service enhancement and 5-star rating reexamination, hoping to maintain close cooperation with us in the future!
Drills and training enhancing safety awareness
To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the airport, the Haikou Project Department organized several training sessions and drills. All the staff actively participated in the training and drills, improving their emergency response capabilities and safety awareness through the simulation of emergencies. In addition, to ensure that every employee plays an important role at the critical juncture, the Haikou Project Department intensified the training in fire control and medical care.

As of May 23, the Haikou Project Department has done 126 good deeds, handled 16 special situations, and organized 24 staff training sessions and 36 simulated emergency drills this year. The above initiatives enabled the Haikou Project Department to improve the emergency response capabilities and safety awareness of all the staff, and to create a safer, more comfortable and convenient traffic environment for passengers, and demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and dedication of the staff.
